Statement

Born in 1991, LANTHAR is a Swiss singular artist who currently lives and works in
Switzerland.
 

Her artworks are shown internationally and are characterized by a series of individual
eye-catching color constellations and compositions combined with graffiti slogans, intricate
collages and vibrant emotions. These reflections on canvas are inspired by the streets, her
inner wisdom, expressing true nature and the modern society.
 

The hallmark of her artworks are chains, as a symbol of the energetic universal connection
of humanity.
The chains are sprayed on in different variations, also as a symbol of breaking free from the
limited box thinking, likewise the thinking of modern society, to the chore.
Her artworks showcase multiple influences, from street art, pop art and abstract
expressionism registered in a multi layered framework.
